This is an interesting teaching opportunity, potentially of use to those trainees who are not (yet) able to travel overseas for work. As with all jobs, some insight and investigation would bear fruit before you commit yourself. Look at this company’s  – Intercountry Management  – web pages and particularly the ideas on methodology.

Jacqueline Vinestock, from Intercountry Management , writes that they are currently looking for five new coaches at present, and explains the work and the requirements:

“The company is based in northern France but you will work from home, principally coaching Professionals on the phone, you will also actively participate in internal projects/strategy building and development.

You must be motivated, pedagogical and creative. Interpersonal skills are essential. Previous experience preferred. We provide complete training in our unique and efficient methodology.
Requirements for the post
– A reliable high speed internet connection
– A telephone contract with unlimited calls
– Available for minimum 20 hours per week
